Yes we definitely can. DM us your requirements and we will formulate products for you.
Our soaps have a shelf life of up-to 1 year, and our creams and toners have a shelf life of up-to 6 months. However, we recommend that you use the products regularly so that you can get results.
If you have any preexisting skin condition, or if you have sensitive skin, we would suggest you apply a small quantity of our product in your forearm, and check if it agrees with you.
We mostly ship order within 3 to 4 days. If you have placed a bulk order or a custom order, it might take a couple of days more. We will keep you posted about the updates in any case.
We usually ship via Professional couriers or India Post.
Once we send the package, we will convey the tracking number to you.
We take extra care to pack the products so they reach you intact. If in case the package is damaged in transit, we will replace the damaged product.
We pack the oils such that there is no leakage, inspite of any rough handling during transit. If inspite of that there is leaking, we would replace the same.
