THE HISTORY :

Be it food, medicine or vital oxygen for living, the Earth we live in is holistic. Every iota of Nature can be used, then recycled back to the soil, which enriches further growth and munificence.

Perhaps it was this knowledge that led our ancient ancestors to develop our living pattern. The medicine was always in the good we took, and that strictly adhered to the prevention, rather than being a curative. A chilly weather was preceded by the intake of peppers, and the fragrant sarsaparilla roots ensured the body trained hydrated and cooled during the driest of summers. Cotton and silk protected our skin from the elements, and stone structures with terracotta tiled roof meant that air circulated throughout the house.

When all this is oriented with Nature, it is but elementary that we derive our beauty products from this Terra Verde. It was during such a brainstorm that Lakshadhika Herbals took form.

With a fierce intent to provide a chemical free beauty range to all future generation, Mrs.Nila Parthiban started learning about the basics of soap making and the alchemy cosmetics. Several experiments led to her famous Breastmilk Nalangu maavu soap. From there on, there was no looking back. Some of her magic concoctions include soaps of Kuppaimeni, Spirulina, Thiruneetru Pachilai, Panchagavya, Moringa, Strawberry. She has also come up with herbal kajal, under eye gel, liquid lipstick liner and face scrubs. Her Nalpamaradi oil and lotion are infamous for their quality and effectiveness. She has also come up with beauty kits for CTM (Cleanse, Tone, Moisturise). Baby kits with specific herbal products catering to the tender skin of infants, are another Lakshadhika speciality. Apart from the gazzilion products that Nila has come up, they also customise your orders tailor-made to your individual needs.
