1. No Returns or Exchanges
Due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any products once the order has been placed. This applies to all personal care products, including skincare and haircare items, as they are used directly on the body.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or store credit. In order to process your claim, please provide:
Photos of the damaged or defective product.
Your order number.
Once we have reviewed the issue, we will get back to you with a resolution.
3. Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you, and the incorrect product will be collected at no extra charge.
4. Refund Policy
As mentioned, we do not offer refunds for personal care products unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, as specified above.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you choose to return an item due to damage or incorrect order, the cost of return shipping will be covered by us.
