Are your products suitable for all skin types?

Most of our products are compatible with all skin types. We also formulate certain products for special skin conditions.

How do I use your products? Are there any specific instructions?

Our special products come with instructions for use and storage. You can always contact us in case you have any further queries.

Can you customise products for my skin condition?

Yes we definitely can. DM us your requirements and we will formulate products for you.

Do these products have an expiry date? What is their shelf life?

Our soaps have a shelf life of up-to 1 year, and our creams and toners have a shelf life of up-to 6 months. However, we recommend that you use the products regularly so that you can get results.

What if there are any side effects after using your products?

If you have any preexisting skin condition, or if you have sensitive skin, we would suggest you apply a small quantity of our product in your forearm, and check if it agrees with you.

How long will it take for you to ship my order?

We mostly ship order within 3 to 4 days. If you have placed a bulk order or a custom order, it might take a couple of days more. We will keep you posted about the updates in any case.

How do you ship the products?

We usually ship via Professional couriers or India Post.

How can I track my package?

Once we send the package, we will convey the tracking number to you.

My package is damaged. What do I do?

We take extra care to pack the products so they reach you intact. If in case the package is damaged in transit, we will replace the damaged product.

My oil leaked out during shipping. What do I do now?

We pack the oils such that there is no leakage, inspite of any rough handling during transit. If inspite of that there is leaking, we would replace the same.
